The Messengers

Three majestic kōtuku (white herons) draw the eye as they soar above the landscape, symbolising transition, patience and hope. Below them, opposing cliffs reflect the balance between light and dark, fear and faith, and the known and unknown. A cascading waterfall flows between them, representing change, renewal and the constant movement of life. Within the landscape, the figures represent those moments of uncertainty and reflection, while the central spiritual figure offers a sense of inner guidance and strength. Together, the herons, cliffs and waterfall create a quiet story about finding balance, embracing change and reconnecting with ourselves.
